I can't believe how much good one bracelet has done me. I made my own calorie tracking bracelet after hearing about the Weight watcher bracelets.
http://www.storesonline.com/site/bracelets
I've lost 4 lb since I've been keeping to a diet and I just can't believe how easy it's been. I'm not usually a calorie counter, but it's easy to total up the day's calories/exercise because it's right there. I'm very very pleased right now. ^_^
Does anyone else have one?

That's a pretty neat idea! Like a dieter's rosary. I've been tracking my calories on these little daily meal sheets for about a month, so I've got a pretty good idea of how many calories are in the foods I eat. Still, I think bracelets like these are a great idea, especially if they become recognizably popular, like an icon worn by people who strive for better health and wellness. Inspiration and fashion all in one!

Wow, that's pretty! I really like the natural-cut gems (must be the geologist in me). Now I wanna make my own!

Mine is made of stuff found around the house, some cell phone charm holders, twine, clips etc. Later i will put it on wire but for now i think it looks pretty good

Awesome, Tiffany! I really like the dark beads. For just grabbing stuff around the house it turned out to be a really nice bracelet!

Very nice both of you! It's just ... ah! I love the bracelet idea, something you make on your own is also personalized to you and carries your feelings best I've always thought.

after every 4 beads put a big bead or a different color one. That measure up to 500 calories. Then you do that up to 3,000 calories if you have a big wrist or up to 2,500 which would be 25 beads i think. Then you have the clippy charms so that you can move one up the scale and down for calories and one for cups of water.
