Hi,
I just had a horrible week (lifewise, which was transferred into weight loss-wise), and feel like I've lost momentum. Anybody have any advice?

Don't look back!
Make the right choices starting NOW!
Yesterday's meals don't matter. The only meals that matter are today's.
The only thing under our control is the decision we make RIGHT NOW!
We have all been there.

For me, I try not to dwell on it. Doing so makes me feel like I want to give in and quit. You WILL get knocked down many times during your weight loss journey. You HAVE to stand back up, start again, and perservere. There is nothing you can do about the past. What happened, happened. Don't look at it as a failure. You got some reults that you didn't want. Now you know what not to do. As Robin said above, its all in the NOW. That is all there is. Get back on the wagon and start making the righ choices again NOW. you CAN do it.

You can't change the past only today. Every now and then everyone has one of those days; relax, enjoy it while it lasted but critique why you did it then forget it, learning why is the key.
The worst thing you can do is make a bad day into a bad week, then into a bad month, year, 5 years. One day of not eating well won't technically kill you.

Did you have any success before last week? Do you weigh less today than a month ago (or six month ago?) If you do, you are still on a great course. Celebrate your accomplishments and build on them. Don't focus on one bad day or one bad week. Every journey will have some pauses or reverses along the way, but like everyone else has said, don't let the hiccups be a reason to stop the journey.

Thanks 4 the support guys. I'm still feeling quite down but am trying the "fake it till you make it" approach - i.e. I'm back on the wagon & trying not 2 think abt it. The problem is, like many people I'm an emotional eater, and life is quite stressful at the moment (2 jobs plus uni). But hav already exercised twice (sun & mon) and am keeping my meal plan.
Any tips 4 managing stress\ depression eating (so this is less likely happen again)?

In my life there's no such thing as managing too many obligations. Something has to give. It's like when you have too many clothes for your closet, you have to give something away or all of your clothes will get smashed and wrinkled.

Boy, I must be doing better than I realized. I can't remember the last time I had an entire bad week. At most I might have a bad meal or two. But the main thing is to not dwell on it, and at the first opportunity you can, just get back on track. Don't beat yourself up. Just start again. Go for a walk. Drink some green tea or water. My motto is 'progress not perfection'. Try to learn from the experience and move on.
