On April 2009 I joined Traineo. I joined because my Dads not so great health motivated me to try to lose this excess weight.
On Feb. 2010 my Dad was admitted to the hospital and had to have a stint put into his right coronary artery. He has heart disease. Therapy, medication and stress to follow. I'm glad we caught everything in time, prior to him having a heart attack.
I need to lose this weight. Motivators are welcome.
