I hate to say this, but if you have not been consistent in diet or exercise, it can't be called a plateau.



Congrats on quitting smoking. Diet is the big key to all fitness goals.

Thanks Tim! I am still not able to run though. I tried jogging last weekend and I was sore. Looks like I will be out another 2-3 weeks and will impact my marathon goal. Oh well for now, time to build some muscle and burn the fat.

Maybe you can start a separate challenge just to track BF %. I don't think CK will also be tracking the BF % in a weight loss challenge, since everyone will not be doing it. IF a challenge is put together, it has to be that whoever wants to join the contest, will have to be able to monitor it and report the actual BF % #s.

Cynthia, are you icing your foot? I had that last year and I froze some water in a 16 oz water bottle and rolled my foot on it throughout the day. (plus some stretches). The frozen bottle idea that was given to me was the best.



Congrats William. Still using the Jillian book? I heard that was more for getting cut for a "competition".

Not good. I am going to an Ortho tomorrow to go over my x-rays. Supposedly they didn't see anything in the x-ray, but I am still in pain some days and nights. Marathon might be jeopardy if this lingers into June. The bad thing is that I had to pay $110+ a couple of weeks before the injury happened to join before registration closed (even though the rune is not until October).

Yeah I guess so. Actually, I had to stop running 2 weeks ago due to a hip injury. So I adjusted my workouts and looked at my nutrition again. Who knows what exacty happened. All I know is that I did not want to lose that much because I want to build muscle and worry about losing fat.
